The Brashear boys team also played LaPlata Tuesday. The Bulldogs scored 1st and established a lead they would not give up. Brashear was down 13-5 after one quarter, but only trailed 27-22 at halftime. The Tigers closed the gap to 4 at one point in the second half, but LaPlata eventually pulled away for a 56-40 win.
